The Youth Resilience Program
The Program
This is a 12-session curriculum where each session builds on the one before it. It's designed to give students the time and depth they need to develop real understanding and lasting skills.
Ages 9–16 · Sessions are 45–60 minutes
What students and families learn:

Bullying awareness & conflict resolution

Healthy social media and screen habits

Healthy communication & peer relationships

Responding vs. reacting

Understanding thoughts, emotions, and behavior

Perspective-taking, compassion, and emotional understanding

Mindfulness, focus, and healthy coping tools
Sessions include games, crafts, discussion, and hands-on activities.

Seasonal Group Classes
Classes are held at a local wellness center in Camarillo and run three times a year. $420 per student
