The Youth Resilience Program
The Program
This is a 12-session curriculum where each session builds on the one before it. It's designed to give students the time and depth they need to develop real, lasting skills.
Ages 9–16 · Sessions are 45–60 minutes
What students and families learn:

Bullying awareness & conflict resolution

Healthy social media and screen habits

Healthy communication & peer relationships

Responding vs. reacting

Mindfulness, focus, and healthy coping tools
Sessions include games, crafts, discussion, and hands-on activities.

Classes are held at a local wellness center in Camarillo and run three times a year. $420 per student · Full program payment due at registration
